Again, updates galore!  Divinity has reached it high goal of students and success of "all" programs beyond expectations.  Vision of our own indoor soon to be. Meanwhile we continue to utilize those of fellow professionals.  We have managed 3 horse shows this summer succeeding in all.  Miss Maria received double Reserve Champion, 3 -1st's, 2 -2nds.  She continues to ride and train in dressage with Keith Anstadt weekly and teach over 30 students per week alone.  Not including our Hippotherapy program. Our 4-H club rocks!  Miss Maria will be demonstrating round-penning and it's benefits, as well as a Bitless Bridle presentation at Divinity Farm date's TBA. We are officially a Western Dressage Facility and proud members of the Western Dressage Association of America.

So many updates where to begin.  the busy season is upon us.  Divinity and it's programs have grown leaps and bounds.  As we work toward our non-profit status, we continue to provide the "best' horses for all ages and diciplines.  Divinity coached and showed students and 4-Hr's this summer at Hidden Hollow Farm in E. Kingston.  A big thank you to Dennis!  Ribbons and fun for all. Ms. Maria showe3d off Poco Zan girl, our newest addition of only 2 weeks placed 1st in several class's including barrels, pole bending, keyhole and more. Many Divinity Student's attended and showed, as well as the "Little Trotters".  Zachary and Dream were an excellent team, showing what a "relationship" is all about.  Angelica riding her Poco was amazing too.  Divnity Students really showed their dedication to their lesson programs, including our littlest of all "Maddy" who was simply amazing. Everyone did excellent and most of all had a blast!  Also, Divinity introuduced showing to students at Rowley Riding and driving as well as Budlight went to his first show, placing 2nd in Halter.  Lacrim'e took 1st place in Western Equitation & Pleasure.  Dream and Angelica took a big second in hand.  Rachel took 4th in her first show ever on Dream in leadline.

Go Divinity!

Reflections of 2010

Divinity Farm has become the home to the "Little Trotters" 4-H Club. The homefront of Divinity Farm has been completley updated.  After hiring a licensed professional and top rated contractor. Working closley with our City & Town Officials ie: Conservation, Building Inspector etc.  Divinity destumped and removed approximatley 43 trees, leveled the area and created a beautiful place to be.  We now have a 200 x 70 riding arena with awesome footing.  Brand new fencing, new paddocks and gates. Divinity refers to our 3 horse gooseneck with dressing room as what we call the Divinity Transport or Divinity Shuttle.  In the process of being personalized with Logos reflecting Divinity & Little Trotters 4-H. The year 2011 will be much of the same and much more in regards to our success!.  Our Theraputic programs,  Hippotherapy, lessons,  Recovery at the Ranch, Mommy and me, Lick and Chew and much more will continue and become better than ever. She has also successfully branched out to other locations, Groveland, Haverhill and Boxford.   She commits to frequents clinics does studies and observes video's and training video's along with riding lessons. Much of her enjoyment for in home study comes from "dressagetrainingonlione.com", Stacy Westfall's library as well as Monty Roberts subsription.  Her Instructors over the last + years have consisted of Ron Levesque, Martha Endicott & Judy Lawless.  Maria's latest commitment of intense training and riding instruction is with Keith Angstadt of Bradford Equestrian Center. Riding with Keith 1-2 lessons per week under saddle & Long Line training.  Her goals are to become the best rider she can and to utylize her experience with Keith to help her advance in her Dressage skills , as well as long line training and driving.  This experience will be passed down to students of Divinity, as well 4H'ers.

A Big Thank You to all my students and Divinity Supporters!  I'm on the mend, thank God.  Almost 2 weeks in ICU with a collapsed lung, kidney failure and a very severe case of pneumonia.  I am finally home and recovering with lots of help from my Doctors, husband, family, friends and all of you.  Your prayers, words of wisdom, flowers, cards, love and support got me through.  Thank you!

Please remember Marge Kittredge. She passed away last week at age 86.  She was the founder of the Windrush Therapeutic Riding Equitation for disabled riders and will be sorely missed by the equine community.  Her death notice was in Sunday's Boston Globe, for those who would like to know more about this remarkable woman.Services will be  held on July 6, 2010 at Cochran Chapel at Andover Academy in Andover MA.

This is a hard update to write.  Ms. Bianca Marie Rose, our beloved Belgian Quarter horse went to live at her new home last week.  After careful consideration, it was the best thing for her.  Her new Mom and family have been sending updates daily.  Her new job will be spending most of her riding time on the trails and her  ongoing practice of round pen and ground training will continue. Her time off will entail grazing in the grass fields.

5/19/2010

Today was great!  Mr Verdi came home.  We got a visit from Les Godin our local Building/Health Inspectional services person. He gave us his blessing on our new arena. He counted 3 healthy heads (Horse Heads that is) and off he went. So great to have such supportive City Workers!( LOL)  Divinity at Stone Ridge welcomes new clients Sandy & Paula starting our Llick and Chew" Program.  Chuck, Rachael, Ann & Wendy in our  "Heels Down Program"!  Thanks to all my students for your dedication & loyalty.  Divinity at Stoneridge has so much to offer with our Hippotherapy program. Our home stable and surroundings are now equipped with new camera's to monitor our beloved horses and to monitor the facility 24/7. What a great experience for Divinity Farm today.  Today I had the awesome opportunity to Scribe for the Dressage part of our 3 Phase for WNRDC.  Such a pleasant experience to work with such a great club and knowledgeable judge.  Thank you WNRDC!  Also at the same time run our bake sale for MRPC.  Such great postitive experiences.  Thanks to all us Moms who baked and those who helped today at our table!

9/28/2009

Great job Lacrim'e & Maria showing over the weekend for our club WNRDC.  Reserve Champion!  Great job 1st place on the Trail Class and many other 1st and 2nd place ribbons.  Thanks to all my supporters on the sidelines.  It was so much fun.  I could not stop smiling.  Our Merrimack River Pony Club Bake Sale fund raiser will take place at our 3 phase on Oc.t 11th at Pipestave.  I will be scribing for the dressage judge so look for members of Divinity Farm as well as Merrimack River Pony Club.

My students are doing awesome!  I'm so proud of all of you. Your seats have all improved so much, it bring tears to my eyes to see the relationship and the bonds you have built with our horses as well as your own.  I now you have all enjoyed dabbling in our vaulting lessons as well.  Now that our fencing is almost complete, Divinity has purchased new equipment to work with and we will have music for your riding pleasure.  Learning to "Ride to the Beat" is our next line up for lessons.  Learning Beat, tempo and experiencing the feel if impulsion.  "Dancing with the horse"  Yippee.

I have been honored for my demand for vaulting clinics.  They were so successful at Hunters Haven & Pipestave.

Thank you Heidi for helping Divinity Farm support Merrimack River Pony Club!  Thank you WNRDC for allowing us to host our bake sale at the upcoming events.

We continue to become more and more educated by attending clinics and our weekly dressage lessons with our personal  Instructors. Thus to insure to offer the best education to our students.

Thank you all for your support going forward, especially to my wonderful students, and their parents. I enjoy teaching all of you!  We got great things happening in our future, as we are unstoppable!

Maria, Lacrim'e, Carolyn Drover and her horse Parker had a fabulous time at WNRDC Trail Adventure, swimming with our horses was the best part.   Stay tuned for the Grand announcement of Divinity Farm coming soon! Great things are in the making.
